From year to year the students form vibrant clubs. Some of the them are:
SPeak–The public speaking club of SPJIMR is aimed at helping students with all skill levels to practice and improve their communication skills and express themselves in a friendly and supportive ambience. Students not only gain confidence in public speaking, they also understand their blind spots through a friendly feedback system. The club organizes both formal speaking events such as debates and extempore as well as informal, walk-in events where students express themselves on any topic of choice. The club also organizes an annual debate competition called Trial by Rebuttal where students and faculty team up to compete for exciting prizes. This year, the launch event for SPeak was graced by Indian film director, writer, and producer Mr. Anurag Basu.
