Building a research ecosystem

SPJIMR, in collaboration with globally renowned journals Organization Studies and Organization Theory, presents a 'Paper Development Workshop' slated for December 6 and 7, 2024. This workshop will be held in conjunction with the PRME India Chapter Meet scheduled for December 5, 2024. OS, a prestigious FT 50 publication, and OT, published in collaboration with the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS), are both esteemed global, peer-reviewed, open-access journals.

The 'Paper Development Workshop' will unfold in two parts: an online master class on September 3, 2024, followed by an enriching on-site event on December 6-7, 2024. Distinguished senior editors and associate editors from both OS and OT will actively participate as mentors throughout the workshop.

This workshop is tailored for academics, advanced PhD students, and early career scholars from India and South Asia, offering developmental opportunities to refine research and academic writing skills.

Participants will receive support in developing manuscripts for submission to prestigious academic events and top-tier journals, including the EGOS Colloquium, the OMT Division of the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, the OT Winter Workshop, and the OS Summer Workshop.
