The UK-based Association of MBAs, or AMBA, has accredited the Post Graduate Programme in Development Management (PGPDM) offered by the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR). The formal accreditation announcement came in earlier this month, adding a new achievement to the PGPDM, a programme that has in the short span of a decade grown to be accepted, recognised and become an important part of the learning journey of many in the development sector.

Select top leaders from across the Indian business spectrum discussed various aspects of the country’s innovation culture at SBAC2020 this past Friday at the Taj Lands End. The meet was attended by the institute’s current post-graduate students, established business leaders, distinguished alumni and influencers.
The were four panel discussions each lasting an hour, speaking about the drivers, enablers, and challenges to inculcating a technology-driven, innovation-first culture in Indian businesses. The quality and insights of the keynote speeches to commence and conclude the conclave added further sheen to what was undoubtedly a successful SBAC2020 conclave. Every talk was further captured graphically on a white board by artist, Santosh Nair.
SPJIMR has been reaccredited by AMBA for a five-year period from 2019-2024.The Association of MBAs (AMBA) is a global organisation which focuses primarily on international business school accreditation and membership and is one of the three main global accreditation bodies in business education. It is considered the global standard for all MBA, DBA and Masters in Management degrees, accrediting programmes from the top 2% of business schools in more than 75 countries.
