Ashita Aggarwal is a professor in the area of Marketing and Mentor, Teaching Excellence & Teaching Development at SPJIMR. She holds a Ph.D. in management, with doctoral research focusing on Branding and Communication of Management Schools in India. She has pursued a Certificate course in Branding from Kellogg’s School of Management, Northwestern University, USA. She is currently pursuing her DBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), India. She is a gold medalist for her MBA (PGDM) and has a master’s degree in Marketing, and holds an Economics (Hons.) bachelor’s degree.
An ardent researcher and brand consultant, she has conducted research on Consumer Brand Relationships and Brand Management in SMEs/FMBs, with her research findings published in renowned journals and popular periodicals. She has authored several book chapters and case studies on Brand Equity, Brand Positioning, Marketing Effectiveness, Customer Experience Management and Brand Communications.
She has received awards for excellence in teaching and publishing case studies during her 21 years of a professional career in management education and offers courses in Strategic Brand Management, Design Thinking, Marketing Communications, Consumer Behaviour and Strategic Marketing.
Her cases are vividly published and used by schools across the world. She has been awarded the “Best-seller award” by Ivey and won many outstanding case awards. She has been awarded the award for Best Marketing Professor by ‘Dewang Mehta Business School Awards’ co-sponsored by Unilever India and BSA. She has led administrative leadership roles as Area Chair and Chairperson in her previous roles and also was the lead member of the SPJIMR rebranding and repositioning team.
She has international teaching experience at the State University (USA) of New York and Hamburg University, Germany. She reflects a keen interest in conducting MDPs, has consulted organizations on consumer insight and brand building and has performed reviewing assignments with notable journals.

Harit Joshi is a faculty in the Operations and Supply Chain Management group. Harit holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His dissertation examines the value provided by coordination mechanisms like matching and dynamic pricing in ride-hailing platforms. His research interest lies in the areas of supply chain coordination, agent-based modelling, sharing economy, multi-sided platforms and urban mobility.
Before his Ph.D., Harit worked in the automotive industry with Ashok Leyland and Daimler for almost five years in various functions like production, procurement & logistics and new product project management. Before joining SPJIMR, Harit was working as an assistant professor at the business school of the Jindal Global University.
This course will help participants understand their own underlying styles of negotiations, the types of negotiations, the techniques and strategies of negotiation, and build their competency to deal in conflict situations. The sessions will bring in experiential learning through the use of exercises, mock negotiation and role-play. Peer learning and feedback would play an important role as well.

Vineeta Dwivedi is a faculty in the area of People and Performance, with her core expertise in Business Communication and Negotiations. She holds a master’s degree in English from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, Hyderabad and has completed ‘Accelerated Management Programme’ from Indian School of Business. Shehas completed the ‘Leadership Programme’ from Henley Management College.
In her professional journey encompassing 23 years, she held critical responsibilities in business development and broadcasting with prominent news organisations in India and the UK. In her industry assignments, she has a long career with British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in the UK and India, she also led a Digital Cinema Distribution company as a CEO. Later, she embarked on a journey in academics and has taught at leading management institutions in Mumbai.
This programme is designed to include basic theoretical concepts in Design, Strategy, Planning and Operation of Supply Chain, which is essential to develop the appropriate analytical models.

Sesha Iyer holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai, specialising in Operations Management. His career spans over 5 decades, with 15 years of industry engagement in Materials and Manufacturing and over 35 years of academic engagement with engineering and management institutions.
An immensely passionate educator, he pursued teaching Operations and Supply Chain Management to MBA programmes at business schools as well as Management Development programmes with corporates and institutions. His research interest pivots on topics of supply chain analytics and simulation techniques for project risk management.
He has made scholarly contributions to select publications and conference presentations. He has led senior administrative leadership roles and responsibilities as Principal of an engineering college and Director of a business school, each for over a decade. He has been honoured with an award for his distinguished contributions to higher education.
The programme was quite relevant for the mid-level manger to give a right kind of orientation in their approach towards their team management.
