Milind has four decades of years of experience in the Information Technology services sector. Milind was engaged in setting up new digital businesses in Cloud, Mobile, Big data, AI/ML & IoT. He successfully deployed IoT, Cloud, BIG Data Analytics and ML solutions to drive real-time management and monitoring of more than 15,000 fuel stations in India. This is one of the most significant digital Transformation initiatives in India.

Milind has rich experience in driving operational excellence, lean management, M&A integration, and change management. He successfully set up innovation centres and incubated new offerings in Digital Businesses.

He served for 23 years with the Atos group (a French giant in IT services). During this period, he successfully performed various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Service Lines, Business Units, HR, Business & Technology Innovation. Last six years of his tenure at Atos Group, he served as EVP and CEO of Atos India and was a member of the Group Executive committee

In the first decade, he worked in India and was part of many turnkey IT solutions delivered in the Financial services sector. He was also in charge of Business in the Middle East and Africa. Next decade, Milind worked mainly in the USA and UK and worked with consumer products firms, Oil field services, and tech startups in Silicon Valley. Past 15 Years, he worked mainly in NL, UK, France, Germany and the USA.

Milind is very enthusiastic about learning new areas, skills & domains. He conducts sessions in Management Development Programs regularly. He takes part as a guest speaker/panel member in industry events. He delivers sessions on business development, Leadership & Transformation, Business Management and Transformation in Digital Age, IT Consulting, and operational excellence in Business schools.

Milind has completed his Executive MBA in Leadership and Change Management from Huddersfield University, UK. He is a Post Graduate in Financial Management from JBIMS Mumbai. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from SPCE Mumbai. Presently Milind is Pursuing his doctoral program in Artificial Intelligence from the university of Bradford UK.

His teaching Interests are Consulting, Digital Platform Business & Strategy, Business Transformations in the Digital World, Business Development, Digital Transformation enabled by IoT, Blockchain, ML & AI.
