Bindu Kulkarni

Associate Professor, Strategy

Bindu Kulkarni teaches Strategy and Design Thinking at SPJIMR. Her Ph. D. is in the area of Learning and Management Education from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, focusing on ‘Learning styles & business simulations as pedagogy.’

Passionate for pedagogy, her intellectual contributions and research interest include subject matter relating to teaching styles, learning styles, learning outcomes, blue ocean strategy, and design thinking. She has 25 years of overall experience, with a 7 years stint in the industry before joining academics.

In her academic career, she has held leadership positions in administrative roles for managing the graduate admissions process and programme management at SPJIMR.
