Aimed at South Asian academics and scholars, SPJIMR will be hosting this paper development workshop in conjunction with Organization Studies and Organization Theory. We aim to support participants in developing their manuscripts ready for submission to top-tier journals.

To participate, please submit

  • Abstract: An extended abstract of an unpublished manuscript (min 1,500 – max 2,500 words) that you wish to develop further during the workshop. The abstract should include an explanation as to the purpose of the paper, the theoretical background and, for empirical papers, the methodological approach
  • Motivation letter: A brief motivation letter explaining why you think you are a good candidate for this workshop, how you will benefit, and how the workshop fits your research interests and current stage of career.
