Radhika is an Industrial Psychologist with over 19 years of work experience in Human Resource Management and Consulting across various organisations and industries. She currently Heads HR for Axis Finance. Beyond her interest and experience in corporates, Radhika has also worked with Olympians and International athletes as a sports psychologist.
