Milind Tandel

Overview

Milind Tandel is an industry professional with over two and half decades of experience in supply chain management, operations, and supplier risk management. He has led various strategic leadership roles in setting up and running large offshore supplier services hub operations within India and overseas. He is a technology enthusiast and has a keen interest in exploring the impact of emerging technologies on operations and labour productivity. Outside of work, Milind is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) ally and works extensively through various domestic and international collaborative forums promoting and advancing the DEI agenda. He is a nature lover, likes listening to music (various forms), is a fitness buff and a travel explorer.
