Sheel has held various leadership roles in multinational companies such as BOC Gases, General Electric, and Regal Beloit/Regal Rexnord. His 17-year career at Regal Rexnord India culminated in his role as the Regional President and CEO of India/Middle-East climate solutions for Marathon Electric. In these roles, he led technology-driven, profitable organic growth efforts, ensuring the company provided differentiated products and service offerings.
Sheel holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and a Post Graduate Diploma from SPJIMR Mumbai.
