Objective

The programme intends to help participants derive academic and practical insights about frameworks, complexities, and trade-offs involved in managing supply chains. The programme will equip participants to tackle operation and supply chain issues pertaining to businesses using analytical tools. Participants will develop an understanding of various supply chain strategies, key performance metrics, supply chain network design, warehousing, and sourcing and procurement processes. The programme will also explore new-age technologies used in supply chain management and will delve into managing risk for creating resilient supply chains.

Harit Joshi is a faculty in the area of Operations Supply Chain Management & Quantitative Methods at SPJIMR. Harit holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His dissertation examines the value provided by coordination mechanisms like matching and dynamic pricing in ride-hailing platforms.
