The outcome of this study is a comprehensive understanding of the demographic details and community health indicators of Moha village, particularly highlighting challenges faced by Adivasi women. Insights reveal the need for targeted health interventions, considering socio-economic and cultural dynamics, to address issues such as low haemoglobin levels, diverse educational backgrounds, and menstrual hygiene challenges.
