About
Over the last 15 years SPJIMR students have been doing their summer projects in social sector giving it management inputs. Recognizing the need for establishing longer relationship, , a Centre for Training & Management for Social Development is set up. ‘’ is a joint initiative of SPJIMR and IETS, which is a subsidiary of ILFS.
While enhancing the effectiveness of the social sector organizations, it meets the SPJIMR objective of “influencing practices”.

IETS is committed to the universalization of education and works towards holistically realizing the 3Ls- Learning for Life; Learning for Livelihood; and Lifelong Learning and endeavors to enhance the quality and delivery of education content and training modules across the learner spectrum and learning.

To be a responsive “state of art” training and management support centre that will provide qualitative and relevant inputs to institutions and individuals in the social development sector.

To respond dynamically and proactively to the challenges in the sector and take training and management learning to institutions and individuals for capacity building.
